Arm Hang
Stability through the low back, and lumbar spine allows for maintaining your posture throughout your swing, and allows a transfer of power from the lower body to the upper body and arms
Starting position:
Grip an overhead bar, slightly wider then the shoulders. Retract the shoulders and hold.
Movement:
Limit any movement, the difficultly increase by length or hold.
Notes: various bars, or hand grips can be used
