Bottoms Up Kettlebell Carries
Efficient shoulder range of motion arm positioning in the swing, and the ability to manipulate shots
Starting position:
Grip a kettlebell by the handle, and flip it so the bell is upright, over the arm. Wrist must stay neutral and elbow in line with shoulder. The forearm should stay periductular to ground. Spine straight, so not to lean to either side. Retract the shoulder blades to maintain posture, and level shoulders.
Movement:
Maintaining an upright posture, walk in a normal walking stride, while keeping the arm and kettlebell in position. Do not allow the kettlebell to drop, or tip to one side.
Notes: Increase level of stability and difficulty by various change of directions while walking.
