Flexibility and mobility are key to optimal body movement and swing mechanics. Creating and maintaining mobile joints and muscles allow for optimal muscle and joint movements, both in the gym, as well as on the course

Positioning:

Starting on hands and knees, leaving hands where they are in your hips as far back onto heels as possible once your hips are as low as you can extend the arms out away from the body to increase the stretch resting the head on the ground.

Once in that position gently walk your hands out to one side while keeping your hips rested on your heels, distraction be felt along the entire side away from the direction that you reached.
