Half Kneeling Single Arm Lat Pulldown

Stability through the low back, and lumbar spine allows for maintaining your posture throughout your swing, and allows a transfer of power from the lower body to the upper body and arms

Starting position:

In a half kneeling position, with the single cables above shoulder of the pulling arm, slightly in front of your torso, arms should be able to be fully extended. Hand position aligned with shoulder.

Movement:

Start the pulling motion by retracting the shoulder blade, then continue to retract the shoulder as you pull the elbow to the sides of your rib cage while allowing the handles to stay in FRONT of the head. Maintain neutral spine and upright posture, and keep shoulders retracted throughout movement. Return to start position.

Notes: lower body position may vary, kneeling, half kneeling, handles and grip may also vary
