Med Ball Chest Pass

Long mobile pec muscles prevent rounding shoulders at address and through the swing. Strength of the pec major and minor increase upper body strength and stability thought out the swing

Starting position:

In a kneeling or sitting position, slight bend in the hips, medicine ball held tight to chest. Spine neutral, torso upright.

Movement:

With a fast, explosive movement drive the ball directly away from the chest, as far or as hard as you can.

Notes: Ball should be moderate weight if the weight is “too heavy” it will slow down your movement.
