Med Ball Slams

Power is an optimal combination of mobility, stability, strength and speed. Without each component, comes an increase chance of injury. With all four working, explosive club head speed and distance can be achieved..

Movement:

Using a NON BOUNCE med ball, or Jam ball, lift the ball overheard, and throw the ball to the ground at your feet as hard as you can.
