Shoulder Scapular Retraction

Stability through the low back, and lumbar spine allows for maintaining your posture throughout your swing, and allows a transfer of power from the lower body to the upper body and arms

Movement:

Start standing tall. Using the muscles between, and below your shoulder blades, pull your shoulder blades back and down, away from your head, toward you hips.

Notes: Movement does not include low back, activate core, to maintain stable lack and pelvis
