Sit Up and Throw

Movement:

Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the ground. with a med ball over head (1lb for every pound of body weight, or less when Beginning). Starting the movement with the arms. hurl the ball as far as you can, (or to a partner, or wall) ending at the top of a sit up position, torso facing the direction of the ball.
