Upper Trap Strech

Flexibility and mobility are key to optimal body movement and swing mechanics. Creating and maintaining mobile joints and muscles allow for optimal muscle and joint movements, both in the gym, as well as on the course

Positioning:

In a seated position set up as tall as you can in hold the front of the sides of the chair with your hands to keep your shoulders down. Gently tip your head forward only a few degrees, and tip your head directly to the side to bring your ear closer to your shoulder. The stretch should be felt on the opposing side from the back of the ear down into the shoulder

Notes: The purpose of stretching is to create a stretch you can hold comfortably, do not force a stretch, or push to where the muscle trembles
