Vertical Jumps
Power is an optimal combination of mobility, stability, strength and speed. Without each component, comes an increase chance of injury. With all four working, explosive club head speed and distance can be achieved..
Movement:
Start in a standing, or athletic position. Jump as high as you can using your full body momentum. land quietly with both feet equally baring weight.
Note: For safety and comfort, use a jump mat, grass, or rubber flooring designed for athletics.
