Bodyweight Lunge
The Quadricep muscle group helps develop strength and lower body power through out the swing. And assists in hip stability, and vertical force
Starting position:
Stand up tall, hands on hips
Movement:
Take a big step forward with one foot, the other staying planted, lower your body to where your knee is just inches from there ground
Finish position:
Make sure your upper body stays upright. Hold for one second, inhale and slowly rise back to starting position
