Close Grip Lat Pulldown
Stability through the low back, and lumbar spine allows for maintaining your posture throughout your swing, and allows a transfer of power from the lower body to the upper body and arms
Starting position:
With your knees firmly situated under the knee pads, grab the bar with a close grip, about shoulder length apart.
Movement:
While exhaling, pull the bar straight down. You want to feel the sensation that your shoulder blades are moving towards each other.
Finish position:
The bar should come to rest right in front of your chin, hold and contract your lats for one second. Slowly let the bar move up towards starting position to start another rep
