Decline Crunch

Abs Plural, a series of muscles also known as “The core” from hips to shoulders. The abs and core allow movement through parts of the body while stabilizing and minimizing movements to others. This benefits ideal alignment and spine posture throughout the swing, while also giving the ability to transfer power from the lower body, through the midsection, and into the arms and club

Starting position:

Make sure your legs are secure at the end of the bench, placing your hands behind your head keeping your elbows in

Movement:

contract the abs, and press your lower back against the bench as your shoulders start to lift off the bench. Make sure to exhale, and your shoulders will only come off the bench by a few inches.

Finish position:

Hold the crunch for one second and make sure you are contracting the abs. Slowly lower yourself back down to starting position
