Dips

Triceps strength helps maintain a straight arm through your backswing, and powerful arm extension through impact

Starting position:

Holding your body upright, arms length apart, legs bent at the knees. Make sure your arms are locked out to support your body weight

Movement:

While breathing out, slowly lower yourself while keeping your upper body stable and upright.

Finish position:

Lower yourself far enough to make a 90 degree angle between your upper arm and forearm. Contract the triceps and hold for one second. Inhale and push upwards back to starting position
