Face Down Neck Resistance

Optimal Cervical Rotation will help maintain Spine angle, making it easier to keep head down and eyes on the ball

Starting position:

Laying down flat on a bench with only your traps, neck and head off the bench

Movement:

While securing the plate to the back of your head, breathe in and elevate your head

Finish position:

Your head should be up while looking straight forward. Hold this contraction for one second. Breathe out and lower head back down to starting position
