Starting position:

Laying down flat on a bench with only your traps, neck and head off the bench

Movement:

With a weighted plate pressed against your forehead, breath in and raise your head upwards

Finish position:

Your chin should almost reach your upper chest, hold and contract at the top, then release your head back down while breathing out.
