Glute Cable Steps

Stability of the hips, limiting lateral movement maintaining posture through the swing, and creating both rotational, and vertical power through impact
Starting position:

Movement:
While exhaling, step up with the leg that is planted on the ground and bring it to the height of your other leg that is staying in place.
Finish position:
Both legs should be extended, with a majority of your weight on the fixed leg. Contract the glutes and pause for on e second, slowly and carefully lower yourself back to starting position
