Leg Extension

The Quadricep muscle group helps develop strength and lower body power through out the swing. And assists in hip stability, and vertical force

Starting position:

Sit in the machine with your back firmly press against the back rest, and feet behind the pad. Your shins should be resting against the pad. Grab the handles on the side for support

Movement:

While exhaling, slowly raise the leg extension up.

Finish position:

Fully extend your legs. They should be pointing straight out in front of you. Hold and contract the quads for one second, then slowly return to starting position
