Leg Press
The Quadricep muscle group helps develop strength and lower body power through out the swing. And assists in hip stability, and vertical force
Starting position:
Sitting down in the machine, back firmly press against the back support, hands can grab the handles to support your body, feet pressed against the push plate
Movement:
Slowly extend your legs, pushing the plate outwards. Exhale during the movement
Finish position:
Your legs should be fully extended. Contract the quads and hold for one second. Slowly return the plate to the starting position
