Low Cable Crossover

Long mobile pec muscles prevent rounding shoulders at address and through the swing. Strength of the pec major and minor increase upper body strength and stability thought out the swing

Starting position:

Move the cables into a low position and take a step forward so the handles are just behind your body. This will create the tension. Make sure wrists and arms are straight

Movement:

With a slight bend in the elbows, palms facing forward, raise your hands so the cable come up in front of your body. Maintain the arms and wrists.

Finish position:

The cable handles should be in front of your face, contract the chest and hold for one second. inhale and slowly lower the handle back to starting position
