Overhead Cable Curls

The biceps help maintain shoulder and elbow positions throughout the swing, and benefit trailside arm position in the backswing

Starting position:

Standing upright, grab the two high hanging handles and hold with slightly bent arms at ear level

Movement:

While exhaling, keep the elbows stationary as you bring your hands closer to your head,

FINISH POSITION:

Contracting the muscle, hold for one second, as if your were doing a most muscular pose, then inhale and lower handles back to starting position

Variations: You can do one arm at a time to better isolate the biceps
