Peck Deck Flys

Long mobile pec muscles prevent rounding shoulders at address and through the swing. Strength of the pec major and minor increase upper body strength and stability thought out the swing

Starting position:

Sitting on the machine, back flat against back rest, keep your chin up.

Movement:

While exhaling, slowing pull the handles inwards while contracting the chest muscles.

Finish position:

The handles should nearly touch each other, contract and hold for a full second, inhale and slowly bring back the handles to starting position
