Straight Arm Pulldown

Stability through the low back, and lumbar spine allows for maintaining your posture throughout your swing, and allows a transfer of power from the lower body to the upper body and arms

Starting position:

You can use a rope or a bar for this exercise. Stand a couple steps back from the machine, feet should be a little staggered to ensure proper balance.

Movement:

Make sure to keep your arms straight, pull the weight down towards your hip. Make sure the arms stay straight the entire movement

Finish position:

Hold and contract the back muscles for one second. The bar or rope should be right in front of your hips. Inhale and slowly return to starting position
