Static Posture

Static posture refers to the physical positions that you may put yourself into without any movements. Hip hinge, butt out, chin out not down, back straight, weight on the balls of your feet, etc. These are examples of trying to get into a position of posture.

Dynamic Posture

Dynamic posture is a body angle during the golf swing. All people have different physical qualities, strengths, flexibility and mobility. We must incorporate our abilities to build a posture that can allow us the best possible chance to swing the club fast in space, delivering it to the ball and not breaking down.
